Additionally, the Site itself is protected by copyright as a collective work and/or compilation.

No portion of this Site may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose that is not expressly permitted by Albany Distributing.

It is Albany Distributing’s policy to take appropriate action where necessary to remove from the Albany Distributing services or to disallow the use of Albany Distributing services in connection with material that is claimed to be infringing. If you are an intellectual property rights owner and you believe a website or a webpage using Albany Distributing services sells, offers for sale, makes available goods and/or services or otherwise includes content or materials that infringe your intellectual property rights, then please complete this Infringement Report in its entirety and fax it to 1-800-743-8618 or email it to vendor.relations@albanydistributing.com. 

It is also Albany Distributing’s policy, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe or are repeatedly charged with infringing the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others.
